• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas,
trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing
markets
• Think and work strategically and alter operational changes as per business requirements
• Promote Novex Brand in the assigned City by building Customers like affiliate like Retail outlets
, Corporates, Malls, Gymnasiums, Gymkhanas and exclusive clubs, bars , pubs , restaurants etc., where Bollywood music is played , being one Stop Solution for all customer needs.
• Responsible for accelerating our presence in offline space by driving Corporates, affiliates On- boarding & servicing within an assigned geographical area.
• Maintain records of recordings, revenue, invoices etc.of fresh/ new clients
• Proactively provide awareness to new clients on Licensing, Copyright and Public Performances regulations.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop all reporting staff into valuable and cohesive team players
